More than any other sport, tennis strengthens bones, increases range of motion, improves cognitive function and increases longevity.


June 2024

A new tennis dome on Île-Bizard moves closer to action.

A successful new sports complex is under construction on Montreal's West Island. Construction of new indoor tennis courts, covered by an inflatable dome, is set to begin this fall. This is one of the latest projects approved by Tennis Canada to encourage more people to play tennis.

Tennis in Canada is growing, and young people are leading the way.

According to a study conducted by YouGov Canada and commissioned by Tennis Canada, tennis in Canada is set to soar as the sport sees a surge in interest and participation rates in 2023.
